  • 30-Minute Session: Perfect for a focused conversation or when you need to quickly process a specific thought.
  • 60-Minute Session: Ideal for a more in-depth discussion, giving you ample time to explore your feelings without feeling rushed.

Step 2: Book Your Confidential Session 📝

Next, simply fill out our secure inquiry form. This form is short, confidential, and helps us understand the best way to support you.

  • Fill the Form: Provide your basic contact details.
  • Confirmation: Our dedicated and caring Case Manager will contact you discreetly via email or phone to confirm your request.
  • Secure Payment: The Case Manager will provide you with a secure link to complete your payment.

Step 3: Connect Securely From Your Space 💻

This is where your conversation begins. You don’t need to download any special software.

  • Receive Your Link: You will receive a unique, private video link for your scheduled session.
  • Just Click & Talk: At the time of your appointment, simply click the link from your computer or phone to enter a private virtual waiting room. Your listener will greet you and begin the session.

Here are answers to a few questions we often receive.

Is this really confidential?
Yes, absolutely. Confidentiality is the foundation of our service. Everything you share during your session is private between you and your practitioner, subject to ethical guidelines. Our video platform is secure and encrypted.

Who are the listeners?
Our team consists of vetted professionals at different stages of their careers, from trained Wellness Listeners to experienced Senior Psychologists. Every practitioner is committed to the OREYORU® promise of non-judgmental, empathetic support.

Is this therapy?
OREYORU Vent Out is a pre-therapy supportive listening service. It is designed for you to talk through life’s challenges. It is not a substitute for clinical psychotherapy, medical treatment, or diagnosis of mental health conditions. But we have therapists who are licensed to handle mental health issues. If our listener/counsellor finds you need psychotherapy/ mental health intervention then we will refer you to our Senior Therapist or Clinical Psychologists or Psychiatrists which also available with us.

What if I am in a crisis?
This is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate distress or feeling unsafe, please do not use this platform. Contact your local emergency services (e.g., 112 or 14416) or a dedicated crisis helpline immediately.
